I love working with new companies, such as Matchsource! The owner contacting me to design and develop their website as their first online channel. Focusing on Information Technology positions, the site needed to be savvy and express the value of those unique personalities who often work in the field. The site also needed to address employers too–who find it increasingly difficult to find good I.T. personnel.
The client presented a new logo they had designed. We took the colors from the logo and used these prominently on the site to help establish and reinforce a strong brand image. The homepage slider was designed to address the two target audiences, Employers and Candidates. We did not want to focus on a specific industry but chose an image that showed a professional who still maintained an expression of their unique qualities. The slide used for employers focused on finding the right player for your team by using a sport/football team allusion. The home page works hard to bring people to the pages that are relevant to them. We also added a job listing so visitors can view the types of positions MatchSource represents.
